同济大学智能感知网高等研究院依托嵌入式系统与服务计算教育部重点实验室以及网格中心等基地,建立有别于现行管理体系的科研特区,实施特殊的管理政策,探索灵活的用人机制,发挥学科研究的团队作用,吸引国内外杰出研究人才;围绕国家重大战略及科学前沿问题,长期稳定地开展基础研究、应用基础研究和关键工程技术研究,促进我校大信息学科科技竞争力跨越式发展。目前智能感知网高等研究院的研究方向有:

一、招聘岗位
 
本研究院长期招聘国际博士后岗位、研究岗位(含特聘研究员、研究员、副研究员)。
 
二、招聘领域
 
与本研究院研究方向相关的信息领域。
 
三、工资待遇
 
研究院采用年薪制,国际博士后12万/年,研究员21万/年,副研究员12万/年,特聘研究员待遇面议。
 
四、招聘要求及待遇
 
A、国际博士后岗位
 
(1)已经取得国内外知名高校博士学位并符合进站条件;
 
(2)以第一作者身份在本领域国际重要期刊发表学术论文若干篇;
 
(3)全国优秀博士学位论文奖及提名奖获得者优先考虑;
 
(4)进入同济大学相关博士后流动站工作,按照国际合作模式培养;
 
B、研究岗位
 
1、特聘研究员
 
(1)在本学科相关领域已取得国内外同行公认的重要学术成就,发展潜力大,具有领导本学科学术梯队在学术前沿领域保持领先地位的能力,并且在聘任期内能在有关学科方向的关键科学问题上有望取得重大突破性成果;
 
(2)申请人必须获得博士学位;
 
(3)年龄原则上不超过45岁;
 
(4) 在国外知名院校任副教授及以上职务,或者在国内获得国家千人计划、教育部长江学者、国家杰出青年基金、中科院百人计划等同级别称号之一。
 
2、研究员
 
(1)应在本学科领域具有广博、坚实的理论及专业基础,具有丰富的实践经验,能及时掌握本学科国内外发展的动态,并对本学科领域发展有较大贡献和影响;
 
(2)申请人必须获得博士学位;
 
(3)年龄在40岁以下;
 
(4)在本领域国际重要期刊上发表学术论文若干篇;
 
(5)获得省部级优秀人才重点计划(如等同于教育部新世纪人才计划、上海市优秀学科带头人等人才计划)者优先考虑。
 
3、副研究员
 
(1)应在本学科领域具有广博、坚实的理论及专业基础,具有丰富的实践经验,能及时掌握本学科国内外发展的动态,并对本学科领域发展有较大贡献和影响。
 
(2) 申请人必须获得博士学位;
 
(3)年龄在35岁以下;
 
(4)以第一作者身份在本领域国际重要期刊发表学术论文若干篇;
 
(5)获得省部级优秀人才计划者优先考虑。

Job Opportunities
 
The Advanced Research Institute of Intelligent Sensing Network of Tongji University (referred to as “Institute” below) has established a special zone for academic researches affiliating to the key lab authorized by the Ministry of Education for embedded system and services computing and bases such as Grid Computing Center. Operated under a specifically-designed management system which is different from the traditional one, the mission of Institute is to attract outstanding research crews from both home and abroad with a flexible employment mechanism and fully-harnessed teamwork spirit, and conduct a leading-edge researches serving national major strategies. The Institute focuses on long-term fundamental researches, applied fundamental researches and principal engineering and technological researches to realize a leap-forward of the competitiveness of information-related disciplines of Tongji University. The current research areas of the Institute mainly include:
 
1. Information and Web Services;
 
2. The Internet of Things and Cloud Computing;
 
3. Brain Cognition and Intelligent Processing;
 
4. Microelectronics and Embedded System;
 
5. Wireless and Mobile Communications;

I. Positions
 
The Institute is looking for international postdocs and researchers (including visiting researchers, researchers and associate researchers) and the job is opening for as long as it takes.
 
II. Field of research
 
Information-related fields which are relevant to the research areas of the Institute
 
III. Remuneration Package
 
Salary for international postdocs: RMB 120,000/year
 
Salary for researchers: RMB210, 000/year
 
Salary for associate researchers: 120,000/year
 
Salary for visiting researchers: negotiable
 
IV. Requirements and Welfare
 
A. Positions for postdocs
 
(1) The candidate should hold a doctor’s degree conferred by a renowned domestic or foreign institution of high education and be eligible to do research in the post-doctoral research center;
 
(2) The candidate should have published several academic papers concerning his/her research area on prestigious international journals as the lead author;
 
(3) Winners or nominees of the Awards of Best Doctoral Dissertation are preferred;
 
(4) Candidates are supposed to enter the post-doctoral research stations of Tongji University and will be working closely with international research communities.
 
B. Positions for researchers
 
1. Visiting researchers
 
(1) The candidate should have made significant and internationally-recognized academic achievements in his/her research area; he/she should boast great potentials and be capable of leading his crew to maintain an academically competition on the frontier areas of related fields; meanwhile, he/she should be of great possibility to make ground-breaking achievements in key scientific issues of related fields during his/her tenure;
 
(2) The candidate must be attained a doctoral degree;
 
(3) In principle, the age of the candidate is expected to be below 45;
 
(4) The candidate should hold a position equal to or higher than associate professor; or the candidate should be granted at least one of the following titles or titles of similar level: candidate of “National Scheme for Thousands of Talents ”, “Yangtze River Scholar”, winner of “China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists”,candidate of “Scheme for Hundreds of Talents” of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
 
2. Researchers
 
(1) The candidate should have a broad, solid and professional theoretical foundation in his/her research area, he/she should has a wealth of practical experiences and be able to grasp the trending of the discipline at home and abroad. Besides, he/she should have a greater academic contribution and impact in his/her research area;
 
(2) The candidate must be attained a doctoral degree;
 
(3) The age of the candidate is expected to be below 40;
 
(4) The candidate should have published several academic papers concerning his/her research area on prestigious international journals as the lead author;
 
(5) The candidate achieving the provincial and ministerial key program for talents (Be equivalent to “the New Century Talents Program of the Ministry of Education”, “Shanghai Outstanding Academic leaders and other Talents Scheme) is preferred.
 
3. Associate researchers
 
(1) The candidate should have a broad, solid and professional theoretical foundation in his/her research area, he/she should has a wealth of practical experiences and be able to grasp the trending of the discipline both home and abroad. Besides, he/she should have a greater academic contribution and impact in his/her research area;
 
(2) The candidate must be attained a doctoral degree;
 
(3) The age of the candidate is expected to be below 35;
 
(4) The candidate should have published several academic papers concerning his/her research area on prestigious international journals as the lead author;
 
(5) The candidate achieving the provincial and ministerial key program for talents is preferred.
