南京信息工程大学（原南京气象学院）经济管理学院现有财务与会计系、信息管理系、经济贸易系、市场营销系、人力资源管理系、物流管理系、金融保险系等7个教学系，下设会计学、财务管理、信息管理与信息系统、国际经济与贸易、市场营销、人力资源管理、物流管理、金融工程等8个专业和管理科学与工程硕士点、工商管理硕士点、气候变化与公共气象博士及硕士点，拥有会计手工模拟实验、会计学实验教学中心，经济管理综合实验中心和江苏省实验示范中心、气象灾害减灾与应急管理科研平台、环境管理技术与政策研究平台。设置了中国制造业发展研究院、清华大学技术创新研究中心分中心、中国科学技术协会科技人力资源研究基地、气象工程管理研究中心和国际金融研究院五个科研机构。截止2012年7月，经济管理学院共有教职工119人。

根据学院发展需要，现面向海外公开招聘，公告如下：

一、招聘岗位和计划数

学科领军人才/学科带头人10-15名

专业领域：管理科学与工程、工商管理、应用经济学

二、招聘条件和待遇

学科带头人

1、身体健康，年龄55岁以下，国籍不限（特别优秀的年龄可适当放宽，如获国际重大奖项者不受年龄限制）；

2、为人正派，事业心强，具有较强的组织协调能力和团队协作能力；

3、获得海外博士学位且在海外工作三年及以上，或者海外博士后5年及以上；

4、学术造诣深厚，近五年科研成绩突出。

5、给付一定安家费，实行年薪，年薪20-100万元，具体安家费和年薪根据学校的有关原则确定大致范围后面议。

Recruitment Announcement

Introduction

School of Economics and Management in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST) has seven teaching departments including finance and accounting, information management, economics and trade, marketing, human resource management, logistics management and department of finance and insurance and eight majors including Accounting, Financial Management, Information Management and Information Systems, International Economy and Trade, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Logistics Management and Financial Engineering. Besides, School of Economics and Management possesses Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration and both Bachelor’s and Doctor’s Degree in Climate Change and Public Meteorology. Furthermore, there are many teaching platforms in the school including Accounting Manual Simulation Experiment and Accounting Experimental Teaching Center, Comprehensive Economic Management Experiment Center, Experimental Demonstration Center of Jiangsu Province, Meteorological Disaster Mitigation and Emergency Management Research Platform, Environmental Management and Policy Research platform. The school also set up several scientific research institutions such as Development Institute of the Chinese manufacturing, Sub-centers of Technological Innovation, Tsinghua University Research Center, China Science and Technology Association Technology Human Resources Research Base, Meteorological Project Management Research Center and Institute of International Finance. By July, 2012, there are 119 faculties in the school.

I. Positions:

We are looking for:

10-15 Discipline Leading Talents/Academic Leaders

Professional Areas: Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics

II. Requirements and Remuneration:

For Academic Leaders:

A qualified candidate should 1) be in good health and under the age of 55, regardless of nationality (The age limit can be appropriately relaxed for the excellent candidates and there is no age limit for those who won major international awards); 2) be a person of integrity, professionalism, strong organization and coordination ability, and team spirit; 3) hold an overseas doctoral degree and a minimum of three years overseas working experience, or hold a postdoctoral degree for a minimum of five years; 4) have profound academic attainments and outstanding scientific research achievements in the last five years;

Qualified candidates will be offered settling-in allowance and an annual salary of 200,000 – 1,000,000 RMB. Both the settling-in allowance and annual salary can be negotiable once the approximate range is determined according to the relevant policies of the University.

III. Application Procedure:

(4) A list of projects that the candidate has conducted and participated in and photocopies of awards;
