作者服务经理
 
我们寻找一名具有宽广生命科学知识背景的候选人,负责我们本地和国际期刊的作者服务,以及与中国相关科研机构和研究人员进行联络,以便扩展我们的本地化服务,更好地满足作者和编辑的需要。
 
申请人应该拥有生命科学领域的硕士或博士学位(最好是分子生物学、分子医学、生物技术或其他相关领域,但并不仅限于这些领域)。我们希望申请人之前已在国际主要的学术期刊上发表过论文,普通话流利,并能用自如地用英语进行口头或书面交流。自我管理和领导才能也是需要的。如果有出版从业经验和国外博士后研究经历者,优先考虑。
 
作者服务培训生
 
我们在为国际著名的高影响力期刊Journal of Separation Science, Electrophoresis 和 Proteomics的编辑部寻找一名作者服务培训生。申请人将会得到期刊出版相关的直接经验,如约稿、期刊运作、同行评议、为中国和国外的作者和审稿人提供支持 、选择合适的文章进行推广等等。
 
申请者需要拥有在生物化学或分子生物学专业的硕士或博士学位,能够自我激励、具有良好的组织能力和书面/口头沟通技巧、善于与人交往、思维灵活、熟悉相关的文字和图形软件,普通话流利,并能熟练地使用英语进行交流。如果有出版从业经验和国外博士或博士后研究经历者,优先考虑。

The Life Sciences group of Wiley-Blackwell is currently looking to fill these roles based in Shanghai, China:
 
Author Services Manager
 
For our local and international journal program we are seeking to employ a candidate with a broad scientific background in the Life Sciences to oversee author services and to network with Chinese institutions and Chinese researchers with the aim to expand our services locally to better meet the needs of authors and editors.
 
Applicants should have a master degree or PhD in a Life Sciences’ discipline (preferably - but not limited to - molecular biology/medicine, biotechnology or other applied areas). We expect applicants to have published previously in international primary research journals, to be not only fluent in Mandarin but also to have high communication skills in oral and written English. Self-management and leadership skills are essential. Prior experience in Publishing as well as international postdoc experience will be advantageous.
 
Author Service Trainee
 
For our internationally renowned, high-impact journals, Journal of Separation Science, Electrophoresis and Proteomics we are seeking assistance for our editorial offices. The applicant will gain on-the-job experience in many different aspects of publishing, such as the acquisition and development of journal content (both print and online), peer-review procedures, supporting authors and referees from China and abroad, highlighting articles for publicity and promotional activities.
 
Applicants should have a master degree or PhD in Biochemistry /Molecular Biology, be self-motivated, have excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), be diplomatic, flexible, and familiar with text and graphics computer applications. The applicants should be fluent in Mandarin and have an excellent command of the English language. International pre- or postdoctoral experience and/or previous publishing experience would be advantageous.
