Description
Genomic DNA Extraction - Quick Protocol

Procedure
Place one young Arabidopsis leaf into an eppen

Homogenise

Add 10l of 0.5M NaOH

Centrifuge at 15,000 rpm for 30 seconds at room temperature

Transfer 5l into an eppen containing 50l of 100mM Tris-HCl

This is the DNA stock, store at 30C

Use 1l for PCR
