试剂盒的操作步骤：

1. Deparaffinize slides (optional to use the Antibody AmplifierTM). 脱蜡

2. Wash (optional to use the Antibody AmplifierTM)

冲洗（加含福尔马林类冲洗液AA4固定细胞，其中可能抗原的活性会被屏蔽）

3. Antigen retrieval 抗原修复（加抗原修复剂AA5/6恢复抗原的活性）

4. Block (optional to use the Antibody AmplifierTM) 阻断也称预杂交（背景清零）

5. Primary antibody (use the Antibody AmplifierTM) 添加一抗

6. Place the Antibody AmplifierTM on a standard rocker, place the lid on the chamber,and incubate while rocking.

将抗体扩增器放在摇床上，盖上盖子，边摇动边孵育。

7. Wash (optional to use the Antibody AmplifierTM). 冲洗

8. Secondary antibody (use the Antibody AmplifierTM) 添加二抗

9. Wash (optional to use the Antibody AmplifierTM). 冲洗

10. Substrate 添加显色剂

11. Counter-stain 复染
