Vector Enzymes substrates 酶底物

The reagents in each peroxidase substrate kit (with the exception of the ImmPACT™ substrates) are supplied as concentrated stock solutions in convenient dropper bottles. Each kit provides all of the necessary reagents to prepare about 300 ml of working solution. When stored at 4 ºC, the kits are stable for one year. The eight substrate systems produce either soluble or insoluble colored reaction products for a variety of applications.

The ImmPACT™ substrates utilize new reagent-based formulations that significantly enhance signals compared with our existing Vector® substrate kits. In most tissue section staining, a 2 to 4 times increase in sensitivity can be achieved substituting the ImmPACT™ substrates in place of the regular Vector® substrate kits. The new ImmPACT™ substrate kits generate the same color as the regular Vector® substrate kits, however the resulting precipitates are more vibrant and robust. The ImmPACT™ substrates can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. The working solution is stable for several days once made and refrigerated. The substrates consist of 120 ml of diluent and concentrated stock solutions of ImmPACT™ substrate reagents.
