上海交通大学公开招聘环境科学与工程学院院长公告

上海交通大学是我国历史最悠久的高等学府之一，是教育部直属、教育部与上海市共建的全国重点大学，是国家 “七五”、“八五”重点建设和“211工程”、“985工程”的首批建设高校。经过115年的不懈努力，上海交通大学已经成为一所“综合性、研究型、国际化”的国内一流、国际知名大学，并正在向世界一流大学稳步迈进。

上海交通大学环境科学与工程学院成立于1999年9月10日。在国家“985/211”的支持下，学院的学科建设和人才培养获得跨越式发展，先后于2001年获批环境工程博士点，2002年获批环境工程专业工程硕士点，2003年获批环境科学与工程一级学科博士点和博士后流动站。并成为全国首个以“环境科学与工程”一级学科命名的环境本科专业。学科在流域水环境污染控制、空气污染控制、固体废弃物处理与处置、环境化学及毒理学等方面紧密结合国家和地方环境保护需求，广泛开展国际合作交流，迅速发展，形成了显著特色与突出优势。

学院现有教职员工67名（专任教师52名），其中教授18名，副教授27名。拥有教育部长江学者特聘教授1名，中科院百人计划获得者1名，新世纪人才3名。学院秉承交通大学“起点高、基础厚、要求严、重实践、求创新”的办学传统，以及“通识教育、创新教育、实践教育和素质教育”的办学理念，培养德、智、体、美全面发展，知识、能力、素质协调统一，具有国际视野、创新思维、实践精神和领导力的环境领域精英人才。

为了进一步加快学院发展，全面建设世界一流环境学科，上海交通大学面向海内外公开招聘环境科学与工程学院院长，真诚欢迎海内外有志之士报名应聘。

Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), known as one of the top leading universities in China, is searching for the Dean of School of Environmental Science and Engineering (SESE), which was established in 1999.The school has inherited SJTU’s profound humanistic style and academic tradition, achieved many honors, and educated numerous young talents of the country for more than a decade.

Currently, the school consists of Department of Environmental Science, Department of Environmental Engineering, and 10 Research Institutes. There are 50 full-time faculties. Its research and education programs cover various fields of environmental science & engineering. To fast develop the School into a world-class institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University is searching for the Dean worldwide. Candidates should be at the full professor level with proven track records in research and academic leadership in internationally leading universities and research institutes.
