把同一细胞样品在不同荧光背景下的图像叠加

image Pro Plus (measure->co-localization) 和Metamorph (display->overlay images, or color combine) 都可以很容易地实现图像叠加。
其实photoshop也可以。你试试这个：
1. open files in Photoshop
2. image->mode->RGB
3. set Foreground color and Background color (eg. green and red)
4. Edit->fill->Foreground color or Background color (blending->mode->multiply)
5. save your color images to separate files and copy/paste one of your image over the other one (only one image is shown at this time).
6. palette->layers->screen (see attached image)
you should be able to get your 叠加图像 by now. Good luck
