MULTICLAMP 700B Current and Patch Clamp Amplifier

	Computer-controlled microelectrode amplifier for resistive-feedback patch clamp, high speed current lamp, voltammetery, amperometry ion selective measurement and bilayer recording.
Supplied with two CV-7B headstages enabling the unit to perform as two patch clamps, two current clamps or a combination of patch and current amplifiers. Addition of optional HS-2 voltage follower headstages allows 3 rd and 4 th point voltage recording.

AXOPATCH 200B Patch Clamp Amplifier

	Ultra low noise amplifier using capacitor-feed-back technology in single channel mode. Low noise performance is assisted by cooling of active elements.
Maximum external bandwidth 100kHz. features include ZAP (to rupture patches when going into whole-cell mode), dual speed current-clamp, scaled output gains, variable low pass filters and leak subtraction. Membrane capacitance and electrochemical measurement capacity are standard. The single CV203BU hybrid Headstage can be used in single-channel, whole-cell and current clamp modes.

AXOCLAMP 2B High-compliance Voltage and Current Clamp Amplifier

Suitable for a wide range of intracellular microelectrode recording including continuous /discontinuous current clamping, continuous /discontinuous single electrode voltage clamping, two electrode voltage clamping up to + 130v.

Supplied with two:

HS-2A unity gain headstages and two HL-U pipette holders.

GENECLAMP 500B Voltage Clamp, and Patch Clamp and Voltammetry Amplifier

This is a high compliance voltage clamp and current clamp amplifier. The two HS-2A headstages, supplied may be used for intracellular recording and voltage clamping. A 3 rd (optional) headstage CV-5 can be used for patch clamping .

DIGIDATA 1322A. High Speed Data Acquisition System

Data acquisition system with analogue and digital outputs and inputs. The system is completely contained within a BNC interface box, and includes a PCI SCSI adapter, a SCSI cable, and AxoScope acquisition software. The Digidata 1322A digitises with a maximum aggregate speed of 500kHz. The system has 16-bit resolution on the analogue inputs and outputs, 16 analogue inputs, 2 analogue outputs, 16 digital outputs, 16 digital inputs, and additional trigger inputs and outputs. Peak-to-peak input noise is 12mV.

The Digidata 1322A replaces both the 1320A and the 1321A.

pCLAMP9 Electrophysiology Data Acquisition Software

The pCLAMP9 software suite includes Clampex9 and Clampfit9 (Data Acquisition and Analysis) programs. These offer a host of new features compared with the earlier (pCLAMP8 etc.) versions. pCLAMP9 is supplied with the MiniDigi-1A digitizer run by AxoScope 9 (also provided). This connects to the computer (via a USB port) and provides 2 channels of ‘chart recorder’ data.
