Description S zary cells are peripheralized malignant T cells seen in some patients with mycosis fungoides. Peripheral blood smears are stained with Wright-Giemsa stain and evaluated by the director of the laboratory for the presence of Szary cells. The laboratory director will issue a written report containing a quantitation of S zary cells and an interpretation. Procedure Specimen requirements: One 5 ml tube EDTA-anticoagulated (lavender top) peripheral blood. And the smear prepared as any normal blood smear and stained with Giemsa and examined for the presence of Szary Cells. Recipes Supplies Tips (责任编辑：泉水) |
