Description
Yeast Vivisection

Procedure
Spin down 0.5 mL of sporulation culture and resuspend in 1 ml water.
Wash with sterile water.
Resuspend in 50 L of zymolyase solution (0.5 mg/mL in 1M sorbitol).
Incubate for 8-10 minutes at 30C.
Slowly add 0.8 mL sterile water to the tube and place it on ice.
Spread some on a plate and dissect
