Whatman过滤膜Anodisc Filter Membranes

Anopore无机膜为whatman公司的特色产品。由单一材料制成，高孔密度（蜂窝型），孔径精确且分布均匀，平均膜厚度为60um。无机膜为亲水性膜，能与大多数溶剂和水溶液相容，因生产过程中未加单体，高分子物质，表面活性剂，或润湿剂，从而避免了样品污染，而且低蛋白吸附，可减少样品的损失。经湿润后，膜成半透明，是显微镜观察的理想产品。

无机膜的应用：

（1）纳米材料的合成膜板；

（2）HPLC流动相过滤和脱气；

（3）电子显微镜扫描研究；

（4）通过落射荧光显微镜分析菌种

1.Consist of Anopore* inorganic membranes, with or without annular polypropylene support ring

2.High-purity alumina matrix with a precise nondeformable honeycomb pore structure

3.Unique capillary pore structure, uniform pore size and flat surface capture virtually 100% of particulates larger than rated pore size

4.Porosity over 50% by volume and low surface adsorption, resulting in high flowrate

5.Contain no monomers, plasticizers, adhesives, surfactants or wetting agents, for minimal sample interference

6.Transparent when wet for minimal optical interference

Applications:

1.In biochemical applications, membranes exhibit extremely low protein binding, immune to UV and gamma radiation, and stable to 400°C (752°F)

2.In microscopic analysis, they provide more precise bacterial counts, easier focusing, low background fluorescence

3.Suitable for epifluorescent light, electron, direct/incident light, phase contrast, and differential interference microscopy
