Title: Research Assistant (Fulltime) 

Report to: Professor Yu Yang, School of Entrepreneurship and Management, ShanghaiTech University 

Location: 100 Haike Road, Pudong, Shanghai, 201210, China 

Job Responsibilities: 

* Assist research projects on negotiation, decision making, and culture

* Assist teaching material development for management related courses 

Job Requirements: 

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, management, business, statistics, or information technology

* Strong interest in behavioral science research 

* Strong motivation to pursue an academic career

* Interested in pursuing a PhD degree overseas after the RAship

* Familiarity with multivariate and multilevel statistics

* Familiarity with SPSS, STATA, Mplus, and/or R

* Experience in writing papers, reports, or presentations in English

* Ability to support Professor in teaching and administration duties

* Mature, responsible, organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work independently

* Fulltime position should be able to commit for two years
