2) Have an outstanding track record of first-rated research, which is at least equivalent to the selection criteria for the China National “1000 Talents Plan”, “Cheung Kong Scholar” or “National Science Foundation Distinguished Young Scholars”;

 

3) Have demonstrated strong leadership in one or several of the above mentioned research themes.

1) Be awarded a PhD degree in relevant disciplines from a top-ranked international university;

 

2)Have demonstrated distinguished track record in attracting research funding, including being an independent Principal Investigator (PI) and be able to successfully complete national key research projects;

 

3) Have established distinguished track record in the disciplinary research, including more than two publications in super-class academic journals, such as Science, Nature and Cell, and more than 20 publications in other top academic journals, or have demonstrated excellent ability in translational research.
